Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a dining services teammate to support the Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community in Waco, TX. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents in the nursing center, ensuring meals are prepared and presented with care.

You will maintain a clean, attractive dining area, assist with meal delivery, and help uphold quality food service in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, contributing to residents’ well-being

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents in the nursing center.
• Maintains an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service and delivery.
• Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance to Federal, State and Local regulations.
