The Elite Travel Group, a premier travel agency, is seeking a Caribbean Vacation Specialist to work remotely. You will leverage extensive knowledge of Caribbean destinations to craft customized itineraries, book all travel arrangements, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

You will collaborate with hotels and partners, stay informed about trends, and meet sales targets. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

2+ years experience as travel agent or vacation specialist, with Caribbean focus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand preferences, budget, and requests.
Plan customized Caribbean itineraries using knowledge of destinations, resorts, and activities.
Book flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Stay updated on Caribbean trends, destinations, and promotions.
