Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is hiring a Cargo Technician to stage outgoing equipment orders for trucks and assist drivers with loading, unloading, and refueling. The role requires maintaining an organized yard and supporting customer pickups.

You will handle returns tickets and help keep the yard neat while performing other duties as directed by the PCM. The position offers full-time hours with competitive benefits and on-the-job training as part of a growing North American rental leader.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
• Ability to work unusual and sometimes long hours.
• Physical demands include bending, squatting, reaching, and outdoor/indoor work as required.

Responsibilities

• Stage outgoing equipment orders for truck load as directed by dispatch.
• Assist drivers with unloading and loading of equipment.
• Assist drivers with equipment refueling.
• Keep returned equipment area organized and neat.
• Assist in staging customer pickups and loading/unloading equipment.
• Fill out customer return tickets accurately.
• Maintain a neat and organized yard space.
• Perform other duties as directed by the PCM.

• Work with an incredible team of people Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Cargo Technician. As a Cargo Technician, you will stage outgoing equipment orders truck load as directed by dispatch.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist drivers with unloading and loading of equipment
• Assist drivers with equipment refueling
• Ensure returned equipment area is organized
• Assist in staging customer pick ups
• Assist customers load and unload equipment
• Properly fill out customer return tickets
• Help maintain a neat and organized yard space in general
• Various other tasks as may be directed by the PCMQUALIFICATIONS
• Must be able to demonstrate adequate time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work unusual and sometimes long hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend stoop, squat, reach, crouch and kneel.The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $17.75 - 21.57
