Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes with personalized care, companionship, and daily living assistance. You will work in a flexible schedule with opportunities for part-time and full-time hours, receive weekly pay when available, and join a supportive team focused on respect and teamwork.

• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed

• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation

• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks

• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field
