Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will deliver personalized support to clients in their homes, focusing on comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication reminders and administration as prescribed, and promoting social engagement. A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience is required, along with a high school diploma and reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
