Carepool in Northwest and Southwest Iowa is hiring drivers to transport people with disabilities to work and activity centers, helping them stay connected to their communities. Use your own car and earn substantial project-based pay while contributing to meaningful daily routines.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, a patient, solution-oriented personality, and at least 21 years old; healthcare exposure and a year of professional driving are a plus.

Formación

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minor tickets allowed every 2–5 years) is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old; healthcare experience and 1 year of professional driving preferred.

Carepool is transportation software built alongside the state of Wisconsin's disability and aging programs. We're making transportation accessible for everyone!

We're hiring in Northwest and Southwest Iowa. Earn substantial project-based pay using your own car while driving people with disabilities to work, activity centers, and helping them integrate into everyday society.

If you have experience as a healthcare worker, or any exposure to people with disabilities it is a huge plus.

Requirements:

Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems. 100% clean driving record (minus a minor ticket or two, every 2-5 years) is required. Safe and Secure transport is our middle name, so you'd need to be able to make it yours! Must be at least 21 yrs. old and has Healthcare specific experience and 1-year Professional Driving is preferred.
