Carepool is a transportation software platform designed to assist people with disabilities, offering rides in a supportive, community-oriented model. You drive your own vehicle and set your own hours, functioning similarly to Uber but with added Carepool assistance.

Earn project-based pay while helping riders get to work and social activities, with training provided if you have limited prior experience. A caring, patient approach is highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• Clean driving record with minor tickets allowed occasionally.
• Must be at least 21 years old; healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Carepool is transportation software built alongside the state of Wisconsin's disability waiver. We're making transportation accessible for everyone!

Use your own vehicle and set your own hours. It's similar to Uber but with more assistance and caring to the service, we call it Rideshare+.

Earn substantial project-based pay while driving people with disabilities to work, activity centers, and helping them integrate into every day society.

If you have experience as a teacher or any exposure to people with disabilities it is a huge plus. Otherwise we have training available for anyone who desires to help others and learn!

Requirements: Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems. Clean driving record (minus a minor ticket or two, every 2-5 years) is required. Safe and Secure transport is our middle name, so you'd need to be able to make it yours! Must be at least 21 yrs. old. Healthcare experience and 1-year Professional Driving is preferred but not required.
