Right at Home Rhome is hiring caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently in their communities. You’ll provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, transportation, and meaningful companionship, making a real difference every day.

New to caregiving? Paid training is provided. We offer competitive pay and bi-weekly paydays, plus flexible schedules and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
• Clean background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Dementia and memory care support.
• Range of motion exercises.
• Meaningful companionship through conversation, music, games, and activities.
