You1 provide non-medical in-home support, assist with daily living, offer companionship, perform light housekeeping and meal prep, and help with errands and medications while earning $13–$16 per hour plus bonuses and a sign-on incentive.

No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands‑on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives: Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour (based on experience) $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential: +$2/hour

Performance Bonuses: Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per hire
