Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care, companionship, and daily living assistance. You will support clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping with activities of daily living and promoting quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and empathetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship and activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods




• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field
