Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Caregivers, HHAs, CNAs to join our growing team in Massachusetts. You will provide one-on-one care, build meaningful relationships, and support clients with daily activities.

You’ll work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, receive training, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and insurance options as eligible. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required, with a warm, dependable attitude valued.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to assist with personal care and mobility.
• Excellent communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and shopping errands.
• Medication reminders and transfers/mobility support.
• Observe changes in client condition and report them.
