Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants, HHAs, CNAs, and caregivers for full-time or part-time roles. You’ll provide one-on-one care, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy training, support, and flexible scheduling.

We offer a $250 sign-on bonus, $250 referral bonus, paid training, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and health insurance options for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and reliable attendance.
• Caregivers should be compassionate and dependable with a person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Run errands, shop for groceries, and manage household tasks.
