Job summary

Right at Home Greater Jax is hiring compassionate caregivers and home health aides to support clients in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. If you have a caring heart and a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling (all shifts available), biweekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid training, and referral bonuses. Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time are provided, with opportunities for recognition and rewards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible schedule (at least 20 hours/week).
• Caregiving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required or preferred.
• Willing to travel within 35–40 minutes.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and running errands as needed.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with routines.
• Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
