Job summary

Americas Home & Health Care Corp is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide in-home care in the South Bay Area. Join a team focused on comfort, dignity, and personalized support for clients in their own homes.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments while monitoring health and well-being and maintaining open communication with supervisors. CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the South Bay Area.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
