Home Care Evolution is seeking caregivers for new client starting next week across Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire. We offer day, mid, and overnight shifts in Claremont with weekends available. Office in Yorba Linda, CA, supporting client care throughout the region.

Responsibilities include communicating care needs, assisting with daily living activities, meal planning, light housekeeping, and mobility support. Requires caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 6 months of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and driver's license required.
• HCA license in CA preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Meal Planning and Preparation.

• Bathing and Dressing Assistance.

New Client Starting Next Week. All Shifts. $18.00-$20.00 per hour. Start Immediately. Male Client in Claremont. Diabetic, ambulatory, and a very neat client. Currently hiring day, mid, and overnight shifts in Claremont. Weekends are available as well.

Our office is located at 17451 Bastanchury Rd., Suite 100-D, Yorba Linda, CA 92886 - We provide work throughout Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire.
