Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care – Richmond is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aids and Certified Nursing Assistants to support clients in the Richmond area. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts and opportunities for overtime, weekend differential pay, and paid orientation.

Caregivers provide essential in-home support, mobility assistance, and daily living tasks while maintaining client dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have PCA Certificate or non-expired Certification for CNA.
• Eligibility to work in US.
• Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class.
• CNA license, if applicable.
• PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (within 60 days of hire).
• Reliable transportation.
• First Aid/CPR card (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in the Richmond area.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain client dignity and independence; report changes to supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must have PCA Certificate or non-expired Certification for CNA
• Eligibility to work in US. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate etc.)
• Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class
• CNA license, if applicable
• PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Reliable transportation
• First Aid/CPR card (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
