Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• TB test negative required.

• Completion of HHA Competency test.
• Possible Federal fingerprinting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan.
• Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and homemaking.
• Assist mobility and walking, kitchen and bathroom upkeep.
• Provide toileting and personal hygiene assistance.
• Give medication reminders and routine transfer assistance.

Essential Duties

• Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
• Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking and laundry, Mobility and walking assistance
• Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
• Toileting and personal hygiene assistance
• Medication reminders
• Routine transfer assistance
• Bathing and showering assistance
• Transportation and errand running services

Experience
