Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and transfers using safe techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Prepare meals and assist with medications reminders as directed.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one patient care in clients' homes.

• Providing hospice supportive care

• Care of bed-bound patients
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
