Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to be ready when shifts become available in the McMinn County area. We provide compassionate in-home care for seniors, veterans, and individuals needing assistance, working with programs including VA and CHOICES across Tennessee.

Pay is $16–$17 per hour with weekly pay. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with day, evening, and weekend shifts, expanding across Tennessee.

• Prior caregiving experience required.

• Good communication and ability to work independently in home care.

PAY RANGE: $16-$17/HOUR

Our caregivers provide hands-on support that allows clients to remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Caregiver duties may include:

• Personal care
• Bathing, grooming and dressing
• Companionship and supervision
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Errands and daily activities
• Maintaining client safety and comfort

We're looking for caregivers who:

• Have previous caregiving experience
• Are dependable and punctual

• Are comfortable working independently in a client's home
