Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and individuals at home, helping maintain independence with personalized in-home care.

You will work closely with clients and families to deliver dependable support in a respectful, professional manner, following care plans and documenting changes. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts are available to fit varying needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license (if required).
• Caregiving, home health, CNA, PCA, or direct support experience is preferred but not required.
• Must pass any required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care while promoting each client's dignity and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Observe, document, and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans while demonstrating integrity, reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
