Hand N Hand Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our expanding team in Farragut, TN. You will provide in-home personal care, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and support clients with independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes.
• Assisting with basic healthcare tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders.
• Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.

Location: Client Home in Farragut, TN

$15.00-$16.00+ Hourly pay, dependent on experience

7a-7p Rotating schedule. Every other weekend

The Home Health Aide will be responsible for:

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes.

• Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.

The requirements for the Home Health Aide opportunity are:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus.
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, Compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The Home Health Aide will be rewarded with:
