Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Rockwall seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support that promotes independence and comfort for clients in Garland and surrounding areas.

You will build trusted relationships, ensure safety, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with a caring team to deliver high‑quality, personalized care. Flexible scheduling and a supportive environment are offered to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year caregiving experience.
• Commitment to caregiving and desire to help others.

• Ability to follow verbal and written directives.
• Ability to manage the operational demands of the position.
• Valid Driver's License and current Automobile Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Coordinate shopping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
