Right at Home Plantation and Stuart is seeking dependable Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide personal care services to seniors across Martin County, including Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Indiantown and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certificate is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• CEUs are required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain proper care documentation.
• Taking vital signs (if trained)
• Assisting with ROM exercises (if trained)
• Assisting with mobility equipment (if trained)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
