SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway seeks compassionate companions to provide non-medical in-home care in Scotch Plains, NJ. As a morning/day-shift caregiver, you’ll offer companionship, help with light housekeeping and meals, and remind clients to take medications, while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

You’ll work with a team to ensure reliable, person-centered support and flexible scheduling in a community-based setting.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated passion for person-centered care and compassionate support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical care including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind medications and established communication with clients, family and coworkers.
• Be punctual and consistently cover shifts to provide reliable care.

About the Role:

As a Companion Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in your community. We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide high-quality home care to people of all ages and abilities. As a morning/day-shift caregiver, you will attend to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement; assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders; and establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.
