Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes for children or adults with developmental disabilities. The role offers a $200 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and a flexible schedule designed to fit your goals.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on client location. Candidates must be 18+, have 6+ months of verifiable experience, pass background/reference checks, and hold valid TB test, physical, CPR and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable professional experience in field.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks; TB test, physical, CPR and First Aid valid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety.
• Assist with behavioral activities and routine.
• Help with chores, homework and maintain family routine.
• Provide before and after school care.
• Assist with hygiene and personal care as needed.

Hourly Wage: Pay rate is based upon assigned client(s) location ($19.00-$21.00)

Responsibilities

PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH:

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18+ years old
• Must have 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)
