Responsibilities

• Provide in-home caregiving to help seniors live independently.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with daily activities and support medication management as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.

Pay & Incentives:

• Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour (based on experience)
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential: +$2/hour

Performance Bonuses:

• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Referral Bonuses:

• Up to $1,000 per hire
