Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Caregivers/Direct Care Aides to support individuals with Mental Health/Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities in Western Allegheny County, including Oakdale, McKees Rocks and surrounding areas.

Positions are Independent Contractor 1099 with part-time or flexible hours and a starting pay of $17/hr, with various shifts available (2nd shift, evenings). Daily tasks include personal care, light housekeeping, and life-skills support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background).
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - a must.

• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.

HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 2nd (Evening) Shifts URGENTLY NEEDED (3P-11P OR 4P-12MID).
• Weekdays and/or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
• Long term independent contracts, Part-time or flexible schedules available.
• Some assignments ongoing and client negotiable temp-to-potential-perm!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent

• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - a must.

Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
