Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers in Tennessee to provide in-home support, ensuring safety, comfort and independence for clients. We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay and a supportive team.

Caregivers will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals and companionship, while adhering to individual care plans and maintaining a safe home environment. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
