Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking caregivers for the Augusta, KS area to provide light housekeeping, personal care and companionship to clients at home. We offer flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $17 per hour for full-time roles, with weekly pay and paid training.

Responsibilities include meal prep and cleanup, bathing, basic chores, laundry, companionship and errands. Candidates must be 18+, have PCA experience, a valid license and a reliable vehicle with insurance.

Qualifications

• At least six months of PCA experience (personal or professional).
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; can work full-time or part-time.
