Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking caregivers and CNAs to support clients in Ozawkie, KS. Join a team dedicated to helping individuals stay in their own homes with light housekeeping, personal care, and errands.

Flexible schedules, competitive pay, and training are offered. We welcome part-time or full-time applicants who can lift up to 50 lbs, pass a background check, and maintain reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of PCA-related experience (personal or professional).
• Ability to provide personal care and light housekeeping.
• Comfort with running errands and providing companionship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/clean up after meals.
• Provide bathing/personal care.
• Perform basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Do laundry as needed.
• Offer companionship to clients.
• Run errands as required.

A few daily tasks may include:
