Job summary

Modivcare in Wayne County, PA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one care to clients. You will accompany clients in their homes, assist with activities of daily living, and support healthy routines through gentle reminders and companionship.

Positions offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), and opportunities for referral bonuses, rewards programs, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and light lifting
• Help with daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Be a friendly face and steady presence for clients

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work inWayne County
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to travel up to 25 miles to client locations

• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
