SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL area to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care. You will be part of an independently owned and operated national agency dedicated to comforting clients and delivering life-energizing care in their own homes.

We offer biweekly On Demand Pay, mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses and ongoing training, plus quarterly prizes and employee events to recognize performance and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

• Competitive pay $18-21 per hour
