LifeStyle Options - an Addus Homecare Company is seeking caring aides to support clients in Northlake, IL. No experience or certification is necessary because our training program will equip you to provide companionship, personal care, and light housekeeping.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), with starting wages of $16.50 per hour plus holiday premium pay, plus a strong support team and ongoing training to help you grow in your role.

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• A warm heart and gentle touch.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).

With over 35 years in the home care industry, we are constantly in need of GREAT workers for our clients.

What We Offer Our Aides

• A flexible schedule – Full Time and Part Time hours available! Work when and where YOU want (hourly shifts or live-in).
• Starting Wage is $16.50 per hour (plus Holiday premium pay).
