Job summary

Christian Sitters is seeking a compassionate Caregiver with a PCA or CNA certification to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Jackson area. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, accompanying clients to appointments, reminding about medications, and maintaining a safe and dignified living environment.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, with additional weekend hours and varying start times.

Qualifications

• Previous CNA experience or caregiver work with 10+ years preferred
• First aid and CPR-certified
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have own transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities

Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team with a PCA or CNA certification who are available

Shift: Monday to Friday

Time: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Weekend Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM/7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Rotate every other weekend

In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, and go with them with doctor appointment, medication reminder, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
