Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Little Rock is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes with daily living activities, mobility, and companionship. • At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

• Help clients with hobbies, exercise, and other activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the care team.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
