Job summary

Doc Love Homecare LLC is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes in Trevose, PA. You will follow a detailed care plan and build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

The role requires bedside assistance, ADLs support, and coordination with family and caregivers to ensure a comfortable, safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Prior Home Health Care experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and committed to patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• TOTAL CARE is required: client is bedbound; assist with transfers, turning, and incontinence care.
• Assist with all ADLs: feeding, meal prep, medication reminders, hygiene, dressing.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and shopping assistance as needed.
• Provide 24 hours care to the client in a home setting.
