Job summary

CareCo Home Care in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated caregiver to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You will provide daily support, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

This role values reliability, compassion, and the ability to follow care plans, with CNA certification a plus but not required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
