Job summary

Right at Home Birmingham is seeking caring caregivers, personal care assistants and CNAs to join our in-home team. You’ll provide one-on-one support to seniors in their own homes, helping with daily living activities, mobility and companionship.

We offer flexible shifts you can pick to fit your life, weekly pay, and benefits including health insurance and dental options. Prior caregiving experience is a plus. Must pass background check and have a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Some caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with acts of daily living like bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with errands or transportation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
