Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment to help you provide quality in-home care.

Positions available full-time or part-time across weekends, weekdays, mornings, afternoons, or overnight shifts. Benefits include health and dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• Some caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, transportation, and companionship.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain safe and clean environments for clients.
