Job summary

Right at Home is hiring Caregivers, Home Health Aides and CNAs in the Chattanooga area. We pride ourselves on supporting our caregivers as much as our clients and being an employer of choice in home care.

We offer starting wages from $15 per hour, with higher pay for shorter shifts, and options for weekly or daily pay. Flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid training, PTO, a 401K plan, health insurance options, and referral bonuses are also provided to our team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful support.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands/transportation.
• Help clients remain safe and independent at their own home.
