Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, based in Lake Forest, IL, is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team delivering in-home care to clients in Lake County and surrounding areas.

You will provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, personal care, and mobility assistance, while working closely with the Care Manager to ensure safety and high-quality care for our clients.

Qualifications

• Current physical and TB testing is required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.
• Empathetic, professional and caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to clients in their home.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility support.
• Communicate any concerns to the Care Manager promptly.

Your Role:

Your mission will be to provide our clients with exceptional care wherever they call home. You will tailor to their unique needs, including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, personal care, and mobility assistance. You will work closely with our Care Manager, communicating any concerns or changes in a client's condition promptly.
