Responsibilities

• Provide patient, respectful care and companionship to clients with dementia
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Personal care (bathing, toileting)
• Follow a plan of care
• Communicate professionally with families and your team
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Availability between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. is required. Sunday availability is mandatory.

• Ability to pass a background check
