Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is seeking a CHHA-certified caregiver to provide compassionate personal care in clients’ homes in the Central NJ area.

The role emphasizes safe mobility assistance, medication monitoring, and creating a supportive, engaging environment for clients. Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends, may be required to meet client needs and family preferences.

Qualifications

• Valid CHHA certification and care experience preferred.
• Compassionate demeanor with strong client focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist mobility.
• Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling.
• Background check and references required.
• Experience with elderly or disabled clients is a plus.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Italian-speaking caregiver preferred.
