Job summary

Associated Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Homemakers to join our team. You will support clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping and transportation.

We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/401(k), flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a mentor program to help you grow. A CNA or HHA certification is welcomed, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• HHA Certificate or CNA License is preferred, but not required — training will be provided.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
