Job summary

Village Caregiving is hiring caregivers, STNAs, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to serve students and local communities. Earn $12–$14 per hour with daily pay and training pay on the first day.

No-experience training is provided, plus free CPR training and a background check; several locations across 20 states allow you to work near campus and return home during breaks. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, paid training, and referral rewards to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiver with ability to provide one-on-one care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and patient transfer.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry assistance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Transport clients to activities and errands.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a caregiver, your role will involve providing essential support and care to clients in a one-on-one setting. You'll help improve their quality of life through:

• Personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing
• Assisting with mobility and patient transfer
• Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and laundry assistance
• Offering companionship and emotional support to your clients
• Transporting clients for community activities and essential errands (grocery store, bank, post office, etc)
