Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring individuals to join our Prescott area team as caregivers. This in-home, one-on-one role helps older adults live safely and independently in their own homes, with reliable schedules and consistent clients.

You’ll provide companionship, personal care, and light housekeeping, supported by a friendly team and easy mobile app for scheduling and pay. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, holiday pay at 1.5x, sick leave, and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to complete required compliance or licensing steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Support daily routines and independence at home.
