Job summary

Griswold is seeking a Weekend Caregiver in Philadelphia, PA, offering flexible shifts and an immediate start. You will provide personalized care and companionship to clients across Delaware County and nearby areas, helping with daily activities and promoting comfort and safety.

The role pays $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with benefits including paid orientation, PTO, flexible scheduling, and weekly/daily pay options. Griswold supports its caregivers with insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, positive attitude, great communication, and compassion.
• Preferred 6+ months caregiving experience.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Preferred a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance (preferred) - or - reliable transportation.
• Can pass criminal background checks.
• At least two professional references who can speak to caregiving/work history.
