Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for clients in North Carolina. You’ll assist with daily activities, meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and transportation, delivering dignity and independence.

We offer flexible weekend hours, training, and a supportive team culture with opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement. Prior experience isn’t required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
