Job summary

Springbrooke Senior Living in Denver, CO seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide resident services, including personal care, medication reminders, meals, and activities. You will review Service Plans, assist with daily tasks, and support a safe, clean environment.

Candidates should be at least 18, with a willingness to learn and a cheerful attitude. English literacy and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required; experience with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, medication reminders, meals, and activities.
• Review resident Service Plans to understand needs and preferences.
• Assist with housekeeping and meal services as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls and follow infection control procedures.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report them per procedures.
• Report abuse or suspected abuse to the supervisor.

The Caregiver is responsible for providing resident services, including assistance with personal care, medication reminders, social and recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued well-being of the resident.
