Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience as caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
• Experience caring for CP or other physical disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to perform safe transfers.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, respectful, and committed to supporting the client's daily needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Assist with toileting and incontinence care as needed
• Perform safe transfers using proper transfer techniques and equipment (transfer experience required)
• Assist with dressing and grooming
• Monitor the client's comfort and well-being
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate professionally with the client and family members

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with cerebral palsy or other physical disabilities is a plus
